The museum brings to life the 19th Century lumber industry. This is an interactive adventure dedicated to showing how our area became the king of lumber. Tour the cabins of lumberjacks, navigate log rafts down our water table, captain a floating log raft simulator, meet our animatronic lumber barons, watch a log be sawed in our vintage sawmill, and take in the rich history of when logs and sawmills ruled the Mississippi River and the rails of Iowa and Illinois. The museum sits on a green space beside Clinton's Mississippi River levee. Enjoy stunning views and a walking trail after visiting the museum.
